These are the supplier terms for Polite Change Order Agent, a $29 one-time CLI sold by Trutara. Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record and handles the payment under Polar’s checkout buyer terms. The privacy notice describes what the website and the CLI do with information.

The product

You receive a zip. You run python3 bin/change-order (alias bin/polite-change-order) on your machine. It uses the Python standard library. There is no account and no subscription.

You pass change-order JSON. The CLI writes change-order.md, approval-email.txt, and pack.json. It drafts the approval email. You send it.

The wording is a change order with an approval line. It is not legal advice, not collections, and not a late-notice pack.

Price and who charges the card

The price is $29 USD, once. Polar charges the card, handles tax, and emails the file. Trutara does not collect the card on trutara.com.

The merchant of record today is Polar Software, Inc. If checkout moves to someone else, these terms will name that processor in the same update that changes the buy button.

License

The purchase is for your use of this version, including inside an agent you operate. Keep the license file next to the CLI. License keys use the prefix COAGENT_. The CLI does not call the network to check that file.

You may not republish the zip, the license key, or the CLI as a product for someone else to buy.

Your part

You check the names, the amounts, and whether the wording fits the job. Trutara is not a party to your client contract. The CLI does not promise that a client will approve, that a client will pay, or that a court will treat the document a particular way.

Your data

The JSON you pass in, and the files the CLI writes, stay on the computer that runs the command. Details are in the privacy notice.

Refunds and receipts

Receipts, tax, and refund handling sit with Polar under Polar’s buyer terms. These terms do not add a second refund rule.

Changes

The date at the top is the version of these terms. A later edit does not reach into files already on your machine. The copy you downloaded keeps running offline.
